Period/Menstrual Pains Easing Methods

Are you suffering from menstrual cramps or pain?Here I will provide a few methods.

1. Ginger

So how are you going to use this ginger as a medicine?Crush the ginger using pestle and mortar until it becomes like a paste.Leave the paste in hot water for few minutes and add some brown sugar stir it.The ginger and brown sugar must be drinked from the beginning of the first menstrual day until the last day. The ginger paste can be drink without brown sugar also.

2.Chocolate

During your period, chocolate high in potassium which helps your muscles to function, ideal for when those cramps come!

3.Fenugreek seeds

Fenugreek seeds contain lysine and tryptophan-rich proteins which help in providing relief to the muscles during the period cramps . Fenugreek is quite popular for its pain relieving properties.Take a few fenugreek seeds and add some hot water leave it for a while till the water becomes yellowish colour.

4.Lemongrass

Lemongrass tea is used as a natural remedy for menstrual cramps, bloating, and hot flashes. There isn’t any research specifically on lemongrass and PMS, but, in theory, its stomach-soothing and anti-inflammatory properties may help. Lemongrass can be consumed like fenugreek seeds method.

5.Own method

This is my own method when I don’t have the ingredients above I will use medicated oil , consume hot water .The last but not least I only will have some menstrual penadols.

These methods that’ll help you to let you have a good menstrual time .Trust me these are the methods I will use when I’m having my PMS.
